1. Using KeenDay

KeenDay offers memory, focus, and logic games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with the service, misuse purchases, or redistribute the app or its content without permission. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

2. Free features and Plus

The free version includes one daily workout, Pocket Garden practice with suggested difficulty, seven days of history, and the garden and streak. Plus unlocks all six practice games, repeat workouts, manual difficulty, and full locally saved history. Availability and the exact offer are shown in the app and Google Play.

3. One-time purchase

Plus is a non-consumable, one-time Google Play purchase. It has no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the final price and taxes in Google Play before confirming. Access is linked to the purchasing Google account and may require periodic online verification. A completed, verified purchase unlocks Plus; pending payments do not.

4. Restores and refunds

Restore purchases in Settings using the same Google account. Google Play handles refunds under its policies and applicable law. A refund or revocation may remove Plus access. A restored purchase does not restore records from another device. Contact support if verification fails; do not purchase again solely to fix access.

5. Local records and connectivity

Game records are stored on your device and are not synced by KeenDay. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes them. Games can be played offline; purchases, restores, and periodic entitlement checks require internet access. Verified Plus access is cached for up to seven days.

6. No medical claims

KeenDay is not a medical device, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or dementia-prevention service. Game results are entertainment scores and should not be interpreted as a measure of cognitive health. Seek appropriate professional care for health concerns.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, devices, or Google services. We may update features or these terms. We will respect applicable consumer rights in relation to paid access. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Privacy and support
