Privacy Policy

This policy explains how codyssey operates KeenDay and this support website. For privacy questions or requests, contact codyssey100@gmail.com.

Effective September 18, 2026

1. Data on your device

Game results, dates, completed workouts, language, vibration preferences, your analytics choice, and the last successful Plus verification are stored in the app’s private storage. We do not upload game answers or scores. KeenDay has no sign-in account and does not sync game history.

2. Optional usage analytics

If you allow it, Google Analytics for Firebase processes app interactions such as screen visits, workout starts and completions, paywall views, and purchase/restore steps. It also processes app-instance identifiers, app/device details, timestamps, and approximate region derived from the network connection. Google Play purchase events may include product, currency, and purchase value. We do not put your email, answers, scores, or purchase tokens into custom analytics events. Advertising ID collection, personalized ads, and Google Ads integrations are not used. Collection is off until you allow it and can be disabled in Settings without losing features.

3. Purchases

Google Play handles payments and purchase records. The app uses Google Play Billing to check ownership, acknowledge completed purchases, and restore Plus. KeenDay does not operate a purchase verification server or send purchase tokens to its own server. We do not receive payment card numbers. The last successful ownership check is stored on your device for temporary offline access. If you allow analytics, Google Play purchase events may also be processed as described above.

4. Support emails

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request and resolve purchase or technical issues. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for support.

5. Website and service providers

This static website uses Firebase Hosting. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies to it. Google may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Google/Firebase provides hosting, analytics, and payment-related services. Support mail is handled through Gmail. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International processing

Google’s services may process information in the United States and other countries where Google and its providers operate. Optional app analytics relies on your choice; service delivery and support rely on providing the requested service and applicable legal grounds. Google’s privacy and data-processing terms also apply. Where required, you may decline analytics or withdraw your choice in Settings.

7. Retention

Local records remain until app data is cleared or the app is removed. Analytics retention is set to 2 months for general event data and 14 months for user-level and key-event data. The retention period for user identifiers may reset when there is new activity. Aggregate reports may remain longer. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Contact us to request deletion.

8. Your choices and rights

You can turn optional analytics on or off in Settings and remove local records using Android’s app-data controls. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by email. We may need information to identify the relevant records. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

9. Children and security

KeenDay is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable local age of consent. We use HTTPS for service connections and limit the data our custom events collect. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes requiring a new choice will be presented in the app where appropriate.
